Interview Questions with STAR Method
The STAR method is a structured way to answer behavioral interview questions, performance reviews, or self-reflections by describing a situation, task, action, and result. STAR stands for Situation, Task, Action, and Result.
1. Question: Tell me about a time when you had to meet a tight deadline. How did you handle it?
- Situation: In my previous role as a project manager, we had a client who moved up the deadline for a major project by two weeks.
